Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and pay the order amount upon delivery.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

All returns and refunds are subject to Nawal's Refund & Return Policy. The standard return period for eligible products is 7 days from delivery.
